`log_ctrl` retrieves logs written by DeviceServer through `x_logger` using a separate gRPC LogServer, independently of
DeviceServer.

## Design policy

DeviceServer remains responsible for transparent device operations, not log distribution.
LogCtrl accesses the specified log directory in read-only mode.
